Position: Cosmetics Specialist
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or other related fields.
- With experience in cosmetics manufacturing, formulation, research and development, or product testing is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in cosmetic ingredients, formulation processes, and manufacturing procedures.
- Familiarity with cosmetic quality standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in laboratory testing, product evaluation, and documentation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with R&D, QA, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in preparing technical reports and maintaining product documentation.
- Develop, formulate, and improve cosmetic products in accordance with company standards and market requirements.
- Conduct research and evaluation of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and product performance.
- Prepare product samples, conduct laboratory trials, and perform formulation adjustments as needed.
- Perform testing and evaluation of cosmetic products, including stability, compatibility, texture, appearance, and overall quality.
- Ensure compliance of cosmetic products with applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Research and Development (R&D), Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and other departments to support product development and improvement.
- Review and analyze raw materials, product specifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for production-related concerns.
- Monitor and ensure consistency of product quality during manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including formulation records, test results, and product specifications.
- Stay updated on cosmetic industry trends, new ingredients, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Position: Mechanical Design Staff
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in mechanical design or similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Create and update Bills of Materials (BOM) for all designed components and assemblies.
- Ensure all design files are properly labeled, organized, and stored in the designated system or server.
- Document design changes, including revision history and approval records.
- Prepare technical reports, and supporting documents as required.
- Maintain records of standards, specifications, and reference materials used in design.
- Ensure compliance with company documentation procedures and engineering standards.
- Assist in preparing work instructions, and technical guidelines for production use.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all required documents for ISO external audits.
Position: Assembly Supervisor
Qualifications

- Preferably Female
- Bachelor’s degree related to Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least three (3) years of experience in assembly or manufacturing operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Supervise daily machine assembly operations and assigned assembly personnel.
- Ensure machines are assembled according to technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assembly targets.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality of machine components.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to assembly technicians.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and coordinate with Designer for technical support.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of tools, jigs, and equipment.
- Coordinate with QA to ensure all finished machines pass inspection requirements.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage during assembly.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly production and manpower reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and assembly quality.
Position: Process Technician/Engineer
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Graduate of Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or related course.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings and process instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Coordinate with the Mechanical Design and other related sections to ensure the design accuracy and effectiveness of the automated machine based on the client’s requirements.
- Conduct machine set-up, testing, and evaluation after the assembly of the specific automated machine.
- Ensure the process performance and functionality of the automated machine comply with the specifications provided by the client prior to delivery.
- Accomplish and file all automated machine check sheets before delivery.
- Generate daily reports and provide project status updates to the immediate superior.
- Communicate client concerns or requests related to automated machine specifications and coordinate necessary actions for resolution.
- Report abnormalities or production concerns to supervisors.
Position: Secretary
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- At least college level or vocational graduate (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant is an advantage
- Experience working with Japanese executives or companies is preferred
- Basic to advanced knowledge of the Japanese language is an advantage (JLPT certification is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Manage and maintain the President’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for local and international trips
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence (English and/or Japanese, if applicable)
- Serve as liaison between the President and internal departments, clients, and Japanese counterparts
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors; prioritize and respond as appropriate
- Assist in translation and interpretation (if capable) during meetings or communications
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the President
Position: PLC Programmer
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in PLC programming (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron).
- Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Experience in industrial automation is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Omron, Keyence, and Mitsubishi.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs based on system requirements.
- Design control systems for automation equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of PLC systems.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation of programs.
- Integrate PLCs with HMI, SCADA, sensors, motors, and other industrial equipment.
- Provide technical support during machine installation and production issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain documentation of programs, backups, and system updates.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams for system improvements.
